We want you to feel confident using Predictor Pro. If it's genuinely not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, subject to the fair-use policy below.

Fair-use policy

Predictor Pro is a revision tool that delivers most of its value in the first few sessions before an exam. To keep the guarantee sustainable and fair to all customers, refunds are intended for users who have decided the product isn't right for them — not for users who have already extracted the bulk of its value.

Refund requests are eligible when both of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 14 days of your order date.
  • Your account has opened the Predictor fewer than 3 times since purchase.

We log Predictor usage (timestamps only, no exam content) against your account so we can apply this policy consistently. Requests outside these limits will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, declined with usage evidence.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, email A-level Maths Tutor UK using the contact details on our main tuition site with the email address you used at checkout and a short note — we'll review against the fair-use policy above and reply within 2 working days.

After 14 days or outside fair use

Outside the 14-day window — or where the fair-use limits above have been exceeded — refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer law. If something is genuinely wrong with the Service or your purchase, please get in touch — we'll always try to do the right thing.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
