Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 May 2026
1. Who we are
This service ("Edexcel Topic Predictor", the "Service") is operated by A-level Maths Tutor Uk ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptance & eligibility
By continued use of the Service you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are old enough under the law of your country to enter into a binding contract, or that a parent or legal guardian has accepted these terms on your behalf.
3. The service
We provide a study tool that predicts likely Edexcel A-level Maths exam topics and related study aids. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any predictions will appear in any specific exam, nor any particular grade outcome. The Service is a study aid and not a substitute for full revision of the specification.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
- infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or uploading malware;
- share, resell or redistribute your account or paid access with anyone else.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Intellectual property
All software, content, branding and materials that make up the Service are owned by A-level Maths Tutor Uk or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal exam preparation. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.
7. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
9. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
